Basketball Zero Codes: Active List, Rewards, Expiry History and What Lucky Spins Are Worth

Guide
By RBLXGUIDESunday, October 25, 202610 min read

Quick Summary

The two codes the wiki listed on 24 October 2026, how to redeem them, how long past codes lasted, and the odds math on what Lucky Spins actually buy.

Basketball Zero codes listed on the wiki when read on 24 October 2026

The wiki's Codes page listed two active Basketball Zero codes when read on 24 October 2026: VAMPIRERETURN (15 Lucky Spins and 50,000 cash) and 15VAMPIRERETURN (10 Lucky Spins and an unstated amount of cash), both added 18 October. Codes can die at any update, so treat this as a snapshot.

Today is a Saturday, which is the day the Update Log says updates usually land, so this list can change within hours. If a code on this page is rejected in game, assume it expired and look at the Codes button first: the wiki says that button shows the currently available update code.

The odd one is 15VAMPIRERETURN. Older code sets used a "30" prefix for a 30-minute playtime gate and "1HR" for a one-hour gate, and the wiki page never explains a "15" prefix. It states no condition for it, so we list it as "none stated". If it asks for 15 minutes of play, that would match the old naming pattern, but that is our guess, not a wiki fact.

How to redeem a code

  1. 1Open the main menu and press the Codes button. That is where the wiki says codes are entered.
  2. 2Join the game's Roblox community if you haven't. The October 2026 version of the wiki page names the "Basketball: Rivals" community, which looks like text copied from a sister game, while earlier versions say "Current". The game's creator group on Roblox is Current., so that is the one to check.
  3. 3Type the code exactly as written. The two active codes are written in capitals, and the wiki shows no case-sensitivity note either way.
  4. 4Look at the prefix. A name starting with 30 needs 30 minutes of continuous playtime before it redeems, and 1HR needs one hour. The wiki says "continuous" and does not explain whether switching servers resets the clock, so stay in one server if you can.
  5. 5Spend the spins in the Style or Zone menu. Lucky Spins are style and zone spins with boosted odds for the higher rarities.

The current Codes page states no level or like requirement. Its first version (April 2025) asked for level 10 and a like on the game, and its revisions from late April 2025 to May 2026 said there was no level requirement, so the wiki has changed its wording on this more than once.

How codes are released, and when they expire

The wiki gives three release triggers: a new update, a milestone for likes or visits, and announcements made only inside the game. Updates are normally on Saturdays, and patches and Black Market restocks do not count as updates.

Expiry has two speeds. Update codes usually stop working when the next update arrives. Other codes last anywhere from about a day down to ten minutes, so the wiki may have missed some short-lived milestone codes entirely.

The dated history is more useful than the rules. Of the 186 code names on the wiki, 148 carry a date and a reward. The other 38 are mostly old names: 37 have no reward or date recorded at all, and one has a reward but no date. Counting by the month each code first appeared:

MonthCodes first listed
April to July 202553
August to September 20252
October to December 202517
January 20267
February 202623
March 202621
April 202612
May 20264
June 20262
July 20264
August to September 20260
October 20263

Two things stand out. The wiki's record clusters in April to July 2025 and again in February and March 2026, around the first-anniversary updates, then thins out sharply from May 2026. And there is a hole of 86 days, from the 17 July codes to JOHNNYRETURN on 11 October, in which the wiki records no new code even though it documents seven updates in that window (Chrollo VS Chrollo PT. II, Silver Rework, Emperor Rework, Tatlis V2, Izure, Scary Monster and Kira). Either no codes were issued, or the wiki missed them. The page cannot tell you which.

Also note when the wiki date lands. The Perfection V2 update is dated 10 October and JOHNNYRETURN is dated 11 October. The Vampire Return Update is dated 17 October and its codes are dated 18 October. The wiki's "added" date is usually the day after the Saturday update, so the game itself may have had the code a day earlier.

October 2026: the code timeline, and the one that never appears

  • 17 July to 11 October: CHROLLORETURN (25 Lucky Spins and 50k cash) and 30CHROLLORETURN (20 Lucky Spins and 150k cash, 30 minutes of playtime) stayed on the active list for 86 days, because no newer code replaced them.
  • 11 October: JOHNNYRETURN (15 Lucky Spins and 50,000 cash) is listed, in the slot of a "400kvisits!" entry that reads like a Basketball: Rivals reward (25 spins, 650cc and an Ult shard), more evidence that the Codes page borrowed text from that game. By 18 October the wiki had dropped JOHNNYRETURN from the active tab (it never shows up on the expired tab), a listing of seven days.
  • 18 October: VAMPIRERETURN and 15VAMPIRERETURN appear, the day after the Vampire Return Update. The same update added the Ascendant zone through a Robux wheel, covered in our Limited styles guide.
  • MONSTERRETURN: the wiki's page history never shows it, in the active tab or the expired one, so it is not in this article. If you have seen it somewhere, treat it as unconfirmed.

Past sets came in three tiers (plain, 30 and 1HR). October's wiki entries are a plain code plus the odd "15" variant, with no 30 or 1HR version listed. A 30VAMPIRERETURN would not be backed by the wiki.

What a code's Lucky Spins are worth

A Lucky Spin is a spin that cannot land a Rare or an Epic. The wiki's Lucky odds are Legendary about 92%, Mythic 5%, Miracle 2% and Limited 1%. The Styles page prints Legendary as 93% while the Zone page prints 92%; we use 92 because it makes the four numbers add to exactly 100. A normal spin lands Rare or Epic 97% of the time (62% and 35%), so a Lucky Spin is a very different animal.

Per spin, the Lucky multiplier over a normal spin is 8x for Miracle (2% against 0.25%), 10x for Mythic (5% against 0.5%), 4x for Limited (1% against 0.25%) and 46x for Legendary. Using those odds, here is what a code's spins add up to. The math is simply 1 minus the chance of missing, raised to the number of spins:

IMINYOURWALLS (March 2026)5063.6%98.5%39.5%
A full March 2026 three-code set7578.0%99.8%52.9%

A few honest limits on this table. The Limited column only means something while a Limited style or zone is actually spinnable; the wiki does not say what the 1% slice becomes when none is live. Valentine is the only Limited style the wiki currently lists as obtainable. The Mythic odds also differ by page (the Styles page says 1% normal, other pages say 0.5%); the table uses the Lucky 5%, which every page agrees on. And codes are worded as "Lucky Style and Zone Spins" without saying whether the number applies to each menu or is split between them. Early codes listed the two counts separately, for example 10 Lucky Spins and 10 Lucky Zone Spins.

What the table says in plain terms: about 34 Lucky Spins give even odds of one Miracle, and about 114 give a 90% chance. Chasing one specific Miracle style (one of four, so 0.5% per Lucky Spin) takes about 138 spins for a coin flip. No single code gets you there. A three-code set from spring 2026 came closest, at 75 spins and a 78% chance of at least one Miracle of any kind.

One practical reading: the Limited slice only exists while a Limited is on the banner. If you want it to count, the logic says to hold a stack of Lucky Spins for the week a new Limited goes live. That is our interpretation of the odds table, not something the wiki advises. Our Limited styles guide works through the numbers.

What the cash is worth

Most codes also pay cash. A zone roll costs $2,000, so a plain 50,000-cash code is 25 zone rolls. The biggest single payout was BOOSTEDCODE in May 2025 at 1,000,000 cash (plus 15 Lucky Spins and 15 Lucky Zone Spins). In 2026 the biggest were THIEF, LEAGUE and LOOKBEHINDYOU at 500k each, equal to 250 zone rolls. A Black Market style costs $3,000,000 and a zone about $1,000,000, so even a full spring 2026 set (50k, 100k and 150k, total 300k) covers a tenth of one style. See the Black Market page for what is sold there.

Recently expired codes

Dates are the wiki's: the day it first listed the code and the day it took it off the active tab. Most went straight to the expired tab; CHROLLORETURN, HAPPY4THJULY, GOAT and JOHNNY were simply removed from the active tab. They are page-edit dates, not confirmed in-game windows. Where a family has three tiers, rewards run plain / 30-minute / 1-hour.

The one-day windows around 9 March (IMINYOURWALLS and LOOKBEHINDYOU) are the clearest sign of a milestone-style code that was gone almost as fast as it appeared. If you want the full record back to launch, our codes page keeps every name the wiki holds, and the update log shows which update each one came with.

FAQ

What are the active Basketball Zero codes?

On 24 October 2026 the wiki's Codes page listed VAMPIRERETURN (15 Lucky Spins and 50,000 cash) and 15VAMPIRERETURN (10 Lucky Spins and an unstated cash amount), both added on 18 October. Codes can expire at any update, so check the Codes button in the main menu for the one currently on offer.

How do I redeem codes in Basketball Zero?

Open the main menu, press the Codes button, join the game's Roblox community if the game asks you to, and type the code. Codes starting with 30 need 30 minutes of continuous playtime and codes starting with 1HR need one hour. The current Codes page lists no level or like requirement.

How long do Basketball Zero codes last?

The wiki says update codes usually end when the next update arrives, and other codes can last from about a day down to ten minutes. In the dated history, the wiki kept recent code families on its active tab for between the same day and 86 days before taking them off.

Is MONSTERRETURN a real Basketball Zero code?

The wiki's page history never lists MONSTERRETURN, in the active or expired tab, so it cannot be confirmed from the wiki. If you have seen it elsewhere and the game rejects it, that is consistent with the wiki, which has no record of it.

How many Miracle styles can Lucky Spins give me?

Each Lucky Spin has a 2% chance of a Miracle-tier style or zone. Fifteen spins, the size of JOHNNYRETURN or VAMPIRERETURN, give about a 26% chance of at least one Miracle; both October Vampire codes together (25 spins) give about 40%.

Key Takeaways

  • Your style gives you your moves and your zone changes how you play once it activates; you spin for them separately.
  • Lucky Spins can't roll Rare or Epic: most land Legendary, a few Mythic, Miracle or Limited.
  • Limited styles and zones leave the spins when their event ends, and some come back through the Black Market.
  • Codes arrive with updates, usually on Saturdays, and tend to expire when the next one lands.
