About MalevolentVision
On screen, MalevolentVision announces itself: the enemy you block sees a pop-up reading HOLDING YOUR HEAD A LITTLE TO HIGH, DON'T YOU THINK?, while yours says THEY KNEEL FOR THE KING OF CURSES. It arrived with the Curse King Update on 6 March 2026, rolled at 0.25% per normal spin and 1% per Lucky Spin, and has since left the pool. The data lists it in the Black Market, usually at $1,000,000 per zone, with price and stock varying.
A blocked enemy kneels in a long stun, your block range is larger and your block cooldown is much shorter, so you can swat more often. The wiki says the stun gives you time to distance yourself or even steal a rebounded ball.
The wiki recommends defensive styles with solid movement. Oddly, it says the zone is not a great match for Curse King, its own style, because that style's only defensive move, Dismantle (a jump in front of a shooter that blocks and stuns), does not benefit from the block buffs. The removed Domain Clash cutscene against InfinityVision is also gone.
