Summer 2026 brought the Applique Set on 2026-07-04, and the skirt is its bottom half. The wiki lists the Applique Skirt in the Dress/Skirt category with a Skirt subcategory, usable by any avatar. Its status is core and its obtain method is VIP perk (default), which means it has no price and no code, only the VIP requirement.
The remaining pieces are the Applique Top and the Applique Shoes. If you are mixing sets, the skirt is the easiest piece to lift out and pair with a top from somewhere else, since the data lists no toggles and no special slot.
Rounds where it could work include Patchwork Runway, Woven Fantasy and Embraced by Lace. For something lighter, Garden Tea Party or Picnic in the Park are possible. Without VIP you will not see it in the VIP Dressing Room.
