Ozdust is the ballroom scene from the story, and this dress is the Elphaba version of it. The wiki lists Elphaba's Ozdust Dress as a unisex dress in the DTI x Wicked collection, added on 2025-11-08 in the Halloween 2025 update. You get it by playing during the DTI x Wicked: For Good Collaboration Update, with no Cash price or code, and it has toggles.

It sits in Elphaba's Ozdust Set, which also contains Elphaba's Ozdust Hair. The matching Glinda items are Glinda's Ozdust Dress, Glinda's Ozdust Shoes and Glinda's Ozdust Hair, so two friends can coordinate as the pair.

Since the dress is unisex, it is one of the Wicked pieces you can use on any avatar. Use the hair if you want the set exact, or keep the dress and change the style if a round suggests it.
