Lashes is a headwear piece for the face, and it comes from a code. The wiki lists SUBM1C5Y as its source and marks that code as active, so it can still be redeemed from the bag menu on the left. The piece arrived in the Spring 2024 update on 20 April 2024 and is open to any avatar, with no price and no VIP requirement.

It belongs to Submiscy's Elegant Set, whose other listed member is the Pearl Necklace. One detail to watch: the wiki writes the Pearl Necklace code as SUBM15CY, spelled differently from the Lashes code, so if one entry fails when you type it, try the other spelling before assuming the code is gone.

Lashes has toggles, so it comes with more than one version. Because lashes sit on the face rather than on the outfit, they pair with almost anything. They could work for Glamour, Model Photoshoot or Top Model rounds, and for Red Carpet, where the eyes need to match a formal look.
