The code list calls the item "Misstekk's Purse", which refers to the same bag. It was added on 29 February 2024 in the Valentine's 2024 update and is made for female avatars.

There is no price, no VIP requirement and no set, so one code gives you the whole item. The bag has toggles, so more than one version appears in the Closet.
