About Dominion
Heaven is where Dominion lives, and the wait there is long: 1 in 14,000,000 inside the biome versus 1 in 70,000,000 anywhere else. At 1x luck that means around 14 million rolls in Heaven, and about 1.4 million at 10x. It is an Exalted aura added in Eon 1-15, built by a four-person team (Letaw_66l, theAltOfDaNoob, 6spies and hiphopden) according to the Sol's RNG Wiki.
The design is an angel drifting through heavenly light. The player hovers and bobs while two golden wings flap, holding a gold bow in one hand and an arrow in the other, with glowing golden eyes and a holy cloth swinging at the waist. Below, a white and yellow four-pointed star spreads over a vortex of gold particles, with rings of runic text turning around a sigil that resembles a more detailed Heaven symbol.
The in-game description talks about arrows of grace loosed between the clouds. Per its data, Dominion can be obtained today.
