Monarch
In-game description
“They ripped me from the fabric of their world and stitched their peace with my absence. They thought they'd sealed me away, but merely gave me time to sharpen my hatred. One day, they'll remember why they once knelt at my feet. [This aura is not affected by Runes.] ·This aura can only be obtained from Corruption or Glitched.”— Sol's RNG (as quoted on the wiki)

About Monarch
At 1 in 3,000,000,000, Monarch asks for the most patience in this part of the collection. The Challenged+ aura only appears in the Corruption biome (the Sol's RNG Wiki also names Glitched as a source), so the base figure and the biome figure are the same: three billion rolls at 1x luck, or about 300 million with 10x. It was added in Eon 1-14 and has five creators: khxlla, SuperWhyFly, StillSkib, I1IExe and aakairoo.
The wiki stresses how close it is to Sovereign. Both have a throne, orbs and crowns, and the seated pose with one leg raised and one hand holding the head is shared. The differences are that Monarch sits on a black and purple throne marked with an eight-pointed star, holds a large one-sided battle axe where Sovereign has a spear, wears a crown and has a glowing purple right eye. Four purple horn-like structures sit on the floor in an X, and the floor looks like a layered crack surrounded by an outer text ring.
The halo Memory used before Eon 1 is the same one used for the orb on Monarch's throne.
