About Outlaw

Outlaw is the cowboy of the Mythic tier. Its in-game description is a single line, yeehaw, and the effect follows through: according to the Sol's RNG Wiki, the player stands with a revolver in one hand while a sandstorm builds up around them and slowly climbs toward the top of the aura. It also grants a unique accessory, a cowboy hat, and the wiki compares its desert look to Carriage.

The aura arrived in Eon 1-15 with a base chance of 1 in 8,000,000, which works out to about 8,000,000 rolls on average at 1x luck and about 800,000 at 10x. The realistic route is the Sandstorm biome, where the chance improves to 1 in 2,000,000: roughly 2,000,000 rolls at 1x or 200,000 at 10x, but only while that biome is active.
