Overseer

Seen from a distance, Overseer is mostly an eye. The Sol's RNG Wiki describes the player levitating with crossed arms, two large rings turning just under their feet, and four enormous flame-wrapped swords pointing toward a black, eye-like orb with a white glow, which the wiki says resembles Ethereal. Beneath it all, a purple and white circle of fire swirls and wraps the player in flame effects.

It is an Exalted aura added in Era 9 with a plain 1 in 45,000,000 chance. At 1x luck that means roughly 45,000,000 rolls on average, and about 4,500,000 at 10x. Unlike many Exalted auras, no biome is listed as improving those odds, and the entry names no event, so the number above is simply the cost of admission. The opening cutscene fades the screen to light grey with a short jingle and a steady wind sound before a rotating eight-pointed star reveals the name.
