Stargazer

The stargazer in question reports data to the brightest starlights, according to the in-game text, and it does so from the Starfall biome. Stargazer is a Mythic with a base chance of 1 in 9,200,000, improved to 1 in 1,840,000 while stars fall. That is about 1.84 million rolls at 1x luck in the right weather, or 184,000 at 10x. The wiki says it came with Eon 1-4.5 and is obtainable. Four creators share the credit: Alotoflootl, WeirdoFiveTwo, intrstcllar and eIunine.

Its pose is a transcended float, similar to Chromatic. A small pink star glows in the chest, a flame-like effect expands below from bright pink into dark pink, and beneath that a steady dark purple flame stays put. To one side hangs a galaxy with a glowing core like Galaxy, to the other what looks like a nebula, and a small star orbits the player leaving a thin pink trail. The cutscene turns the screen grey with a quick jingle and pink sparks rising to a black and pink eight-pointed star. No active ability.
