About Quick Draw
Speed is the point of Quick Draw. Shots leave your hands sooner and the ball flies faster, with a slight aim assist on top. The wiki says the release speed matches every zone that promises "increased shot speed", about twice as fast as a normal shot, and that the aim assist makes 3-pointers easy to hit.
It is a Legendary zone, one of four, so a normal $2,000 spin lands on the Legendary tier 2% of the time and each zone gets about 0.5%, which is one pull per 200 spins on average. Lucky Spins change the math sharply: the tier rises to 92%, so each of the four zones shows up about 23% of the time.
Like Limitless, it is personalized for Sniper, a Legendary Shooting Guard known for full-court threes. Sniper's Perfect Arc and Quick Release are both blockable, and a quicker release plus a faster ball leaves a defender less time to get a hand up. Limitless stretches where you can shoot; this one shortens how long the shot takes.
