The Cafe / Mansion

The Mansion, also called Turtle Mansion, is a crucial Safe Zone building on Floating Turtle in the Third Sea, listed for level 1500 and up. Many Third Sea players gather here to trade or chat, and it has three trading tables. You can enter through the main entrance or through the portal from the Castle on the Sea, which only works after you have defeated rip_indra True Form once. It stands beside the Forest Pirates. The wiki lists Home Points, a Blox Fruit Dealer and the Blox Fruit Gacha, plus several utility NPCs. Tort changes your race into Human, Rabbit, Angel or Shark. The Barista changes your Aura Color and Dragon Skins using Beli and Fragments. The Bounty/Honor Expert explains the PvP damage and defense boosts you get from your bounty or honor. The Awakenings Expert reverts awakened fruit moves to their unawakened form and back. The Nerd tells you the buffs of your equipped accessory, and the Titles Specialist lets you equip one unlocked title. A chess board on the second floor needs two players. Leaderboards for Bounty, Honor and Fastest Raids are inside, and the Citizen who gives the citizen quest stands in front. The Second Sea has a similar location, the Café in Kingdom of Rose, which shares the same theme.
