Port Town

Port Town is the first island of the Third Sea and covers levels 1500 to 1575. When you enter the Third Sea for the first time you are teleported to its docks, and the island sits between Hydra Island and Haunted Castle. Climb the ramps into the main town and you meet the Pirate Millionaires and Pistol Billionaires; at the back, past the mountains, stairs and a trail lead to the east side where the boss Stone waits. Everything runs through the Pirate Port Quest Giver: 8 Pirate Millionaires at Lv. 1500 (13,000 Beli and 53,000,000 XP), 8 Pistol Billionaires at Lv. 1525 (15,000 Beli and 55,500,000 XP) and Stone at Lv. 1550 (25,000 Beli and 60,000,000 XP). Pirate Millionaires drop Scrap Metal and Pistol Billionaires drop Gunpowder. Other NPCs include the Blacksmith, a Blox Fruit Dealer, a Boat Dealer, an Experienced Captain, Luxury Boat Dealers and sometimes the Barista Cousin. The wiki notes that this is the only Third Sea area with a Blacksmith, that the Pineapple for the Hungry Man quest spawns near the Pistol Billionaires, and that Buddha is recommended for grinding because the enemies are spread apart. Joining a friend in the Third Sea also sends you here.
