Pirate Village

Pirate Village is the First Sea island west of Middle Town where the Levels 30 to 60 quests live. The village side has cobblestone streets and colorful houses, while the wilderness around it is jagged rock and grass. The Pirate Adventurer gives all three quests: Defeat 8 Pirates at Lv. 30 for 3,000 Beli and 13,000 XP, Defeat 8 Brutes at Lv. 40 for 3,500 Beli and 22,000 XP, and Defeat Chef at Lv. 55 for 8,000 Beli and 45,000 XP. The Pirates are Lv. 35 and the Brutes Lv. 45. Chef is the island boss, and you will also find the Boat Dealer, Luxury Boat Dealer, Sword Dealer of the West, Rich Man, Dark Step Teacher, Blacksmith and Pirate Recruiter. According to the wiki, every enemy here uses a sword, so Blade, with its sword immunity, or an elemental fruit with area skills such as Smoke, Ice, Flame, Dark, Light or Magma makes the grind easier. Secrets include cutting five ropes on the windmill, a tavern brawl that rewards a weird brew, and a cauldron on the tavern's second floor that starts the awakened Chef fight. There are also three Gold Chests and one Diamond Chest.
