Chef is the culinary-themed raid boss found in the Hot and Cold island area of the Third Sea, accessed at level 2,050+. He clocks in at roughly 1,200,000 HP and wields an ice-and-fire hybrid moveset — alternating between scalding steam AOE and freezing cone blasts that make positioning genuinely tricky. Drop table highlights: Chef's Coat accessory (~5%), Recipe Scroll crafting item (~7%), Spicy Seasoning (~12%), and Mythical Fragments. Respawn timer is 30–40 minutes.

The ice-and-fire gimmick demands constant adaptation — Chef cycles between elements every 30 seconds. When in fire phase, stay at medium range and bait the steam clouds; in ice phase, stay close and punish his longer recovery animations. Venom is arguably the best pick: the poison DOT deals damage regardless of the elemental phase and lets you focus purely on survival. Buddha transformed users get a free pass through his AOE due to hitbox size — a cheesy but effective strategy for solo runs.

Chef is a strong recipe-material farming target alongside his loot table utility. The Spicy Seasoning at 12% is in demand for crafting top-tier consumables, and the Recipe Scroll is needed for certain Third Sea build-optimization gear. If you're just after Mythical Fragments, the 30–40 minute respawn with solid Fragment yields puts him in the efficient tier alongside Ancient Beast.
