Button Eyes

Anyone can wear Button Eyes, since the wiki lists the obtain method as Free (default). It is a core item, added on 2025-10-18 in the Halloween 2025 update, so there is no price, no code and no VIP requirement. In the data it is Headwear in the Prop subcategory, wearable by any avatar, and it has toggles, which means variants are available.

Because it costs nothing, it is an easy detail to add to a doll or toy outfit. It is not part of a named set, so no sibling pieces are listed.

For rounds, Doll, Broken Doll and Forgotten Toy are the obvious ones, and Uncanny Valley, Marionettes and Puppeteers or Teddy Bear could work too. Dollhouse of Horrors is another option if you pair the eyes with a darker dress from the Antique Doll pieces or the Babydoll items in the game.
