Punk Pigtails

Tier 23 is the milestone for the Punk Pigtails. The wiki says you reach it in the Baddie Pass Halloween Collection 2026, so the hair is earned by progressing through a pass and not bought with Cash. It was added on 2026-10-17 as part of the Halloween 2026 update and is filed under Achievements.

The data lists the piece as Headwear with the subcategory Hair, marked female-wearable and with toggles, so the Closet shows variants. No set and no code are attached, which makes it a stand-alone reward. Another item from the same collection is the Rose, available at Tier 1, so it is a very different distance to travel.

Because tier 23 requires steady progress, it is the kind of item to plan for early in the season. Pigtails are the sort of hairstyle that changes the whole character of an outfit, so it could work for Punk, Hardcore Punk or Scene rounds, and for Emo if you pair it with darker clothes.
