It belongs to the Halloween 2026 update, added on 2026-10-17, and the wiki lists the obtain method as Baddie Pass. The data also marks it as VIP and as a locked item, so it is part of the pass, with no price or code.

The Headwear piece has toggles, so there are variants in the Closet. Its sibling is the Art Nouveau Dress, also from the Baddie Pass in the same update, and the two are the obvious pairing, even though the data does not group them in a named set.

Besides the Art Nouveau round, the crown could work in Modern Royalty, Coronation or Rococo. If a round asks you to play a monarch, it gives you the headpiece, and the dress can supply the rest.
