How to get Dusekkar

Dusekkar is bought in the in-game shop for 600 PP (Player Points, the currency you earn by playing rounds).

“A wise and caring pumpkin, flowing with magic and entwined with power. Wield the Staff of the Winds to protect and aid his team while hindering those who oppose him. His magic may be limited here, but that won't stop him doing everything he can to see everyone return unharmed.”— in-game description
