About Blizzard
Blizzard is the Exalted aura of the Snowy biome, and it arrived with the Easter update in Eon 1-4. The Sol's RNG Wiki lists its breakthrough chance as 1 in 27,315,000 and its native chance as 1 in 9,105,000 inside Snowy, so at luck 1x you would expect about 9.1 million rolls in the snow or 27.3 million anywhere else. The wiki sees it as a close cousin of Stormal : Hurricane. The player presses a hand to the temple while the other arm sways backward violently and the whole body bobs. Above them is a crown of shards separated from a glowing star, reminiscent of Symphony, and higher still a huge, constantly spinning array of shards like Frigid's.
The opening is a blue eight-pointed star on black that spins, expands and turns the corners blue, which the wiki says is extremely close to Poseidon's Era 7 cutscene.
