About Bounded
Bounded is a Legendary aura from before the main update, and it anchors a whole family. Its roll chance is 1 in 200,000, so about 20,000 rolls at 10x luck. That is cheap compared with its variants, and the wiki also lists a crafting route: 3 Gravitational Devices, 1 Potion of Bound, 1 Item Collector and 200 Genesis Drives.
Two chains come out of small blue portals and hold the player's arms while a large blue orb hangs behind the back, showering a deep-sea blue light. White particles drift around and crescents spin underneath like a whirlpool. The in-game text says it was sealed by an Ancient Power hundreds of thousands of years ago, yet its consciousness seems awake.
