Calamity of the Crimson Moon is a Challenged+ aura you build instead of roll. The wiki says it arrived in Eon 1-23 and is obtained by crafting at Jake's Workshop. Its recipe table lists Cursed Fragments dropped by The Amalgamation on Hell Mode, Cursed Crystals that drop once a week from the same fight, and a Fragments of the Crimson Moon item. Cursed Crystals being weekly is what sets the pace, and a note on that wiki page puts the minimum at five weeks.
