About Fragments of the Crimson Moon
Luck does not matter here. The Sol's RNG Wiki says the chance for Fragments of the Crimson Moon is fixed and is not affected by any luck boost: 1 in 1,000 from a Red Moon Potion I, or 1 in 100 from a Red Moon Potion II. So the number of potions, not your luck stat, decides the effort, about 100 uses of the second potion on average. It is a Challenged-tier aura from the Boss Raid 2 Update, made by rocca1080, and also known as Sekigetsu no Hahen.
The theme is red and resembles both Red Full Moon and The Amalgamation boss. The player levitates in a pose like Chromatic : Genesis and holds a unique Red Full Moon staff. A yellow ring surrounds the player, repeated at the legs and the floor, with a halo behind that looks like Red Full Moon's and three reddish claws on the other side, the same ones seen in The Amalgamation fight.
The cutscene is in Japanese with an English translation: "You have been chosen", "Your destiny is...", and a call to destroy this world of hatred. The data marks it obtainable.
