About Fault
The Glitched biome is the only place to roll Fault, a Legendary aura that has existed since Eon 1, at 1 in 3,000. That is about 3,000 rolls at 1x luck or 300 at 10x, so it is a realistic target compared with most auras here. The Sol's RNG Wiki credits bargkan. The in-game description reads simply "A heterogeneous substance".
The look is green and glitchy, somewhat like Matrix. Electricity and digital numbers flash around the player, stretched glitch particles gather at the torso, and a jittering green warning symbol sits near the feet. Limbs and torso randomly vanish and reappear in quick succession, and the player shakes slightly every second or two. The wiki says it most likely resembles the first version of Glitch, before that aura was reworked in Era 6, and notes a server-side bug where parts of the body can disappear after unequipping.
Two curiosities from the wiki: its whitelisted rarity was once 1 in 30, and it was briefly listed as an ingredient for the Neuralyzer in an April Fools joke, removed the same day.
