Magnetic : Reverse Polarity

A Mythic mutation of Magnetic, Magnetic : Reverse Polarity is rolled at 1 in 1,024,000 with no biome requirement, so around a million rolls at 1x luck or about 100,000 with a 10x boost. The number is a deliberate echo of its parent, since 2,048 times 500 gives the same value. It came in the Era 6 update and VoicedCynical made it; the Sol's RNG Wiki puts the mutation's release at 4 April 2024.

Where Magnetic is red and blue, this version flips the palette to yellow, purple and gold, which is where the "reverse" idea comes from. The player floats inside an orb-like cloud of particles, a large and a small ring rotate in set patterns, two orbs in gold and purple orbit on opposite sides leaving thin trails, and rings of electricity wrap around both arms. A yellow star like the one in Sidereum sits on the chest. The cutscene has yellow fog at the bottom and a pink-yellow eight-pointed star.

The in-game text describes inverted energies acting in opposite directions, "not described magnetically".
