About Virtual : Ultimate
Eon 1-28 gave the Virtual line its most maximalist member, an Exalted mutation credited to skyddren and dracula1712. Its odds match Full Control exactly: 1 in 80,000,000 by breakthrough and 1 in 40,000,000 natively in Cyberspace, which means roughly 8 million rolls anywhere or 4 million in the biome with a 10x potion.
The Sol's RNG Wiki describes the player standing between light orange holograms, with several wings and a long extending tail. Streams of code fall from above, technology-themed effects wrap around the character just as they do for Virtual and its other mutations, and a glowing light orange ball sits at the very top. The in-game description sets the theme: an exoskeleton engineered by an advanced civilization that refuses the idea of too much, every piece of tech pushed beyond its limit.
The wiki treats it as a straightforward mutation page, listing it among the Virtual variants with its own cutscene and none of the extra abilities that WorldWide carries.
