Crab Claw

Among the rarest boosts in Steal a Brainrot, the Crab Claw trait stamps a permanent x4 income multiplier onto any brainrot lucky enough to receive it. That puts it solidly in the upper tier — well above the minor x1.5–x2 traits that barely move the needle, and leagues beyond the infamous x0.5 Sleepy trait that actually cuts a brainrot's earnings in half. It doesn't reach the legendary x9 of Strawberry, but a x4 multiplier is strong enough that a Crab Claw brainrot becomes one of the most desirable pieces on any base.

Getting Crab Claw is entirely out of your hands — it belongs to the admin_abuse category, meaning it only drops during special staff-run events. During these events the Red Carpet transforms into a seashore setting with water flanking both sides, Crab Rave kicks in over the speakers, and animated crabs start dancing across the scene. Any brainrot that gets pinched by one of those crabs has a chance to walk away with the Crab Claw trait permanently applied.

Because traits are fixed forever and stack on top of any Mutation multiplier, a brainrot carrying Crab Claw is a high-value trading asset. Keep it tucked away on a well-defended base — one stolen brainrot means losing that multiplier entirely until you can track it down and take it back.
