Earning a Halo trait is one of the more meaningful upgrades a brainrot can carry from a seasonal event. As a x5 income multiplier, it sits comfortably in the mid-to-upper tier of the trait system — well above the minor x1.5–x2 boosts that barely move the needle, and leagues ahead of the x0.5 Sleepy trait that actually cuts earnings in half. It won't touch the legendary x9 Strawberry held by original-launch veterans, but x5 is absolutely a figure that makes a brainrot's passive cash-per-second genuinely noticeable on any base.

The Halo trait is classified as seasonal, meaning it surfaces only during a limited, time-gated event rather than being permanently available. Specifically, it comes from the Divine Event, a heavenly-themed occasion where the map takes on an elegant, embroidered aesthetic. During that event, brainrots that already carry the Divine Mutation have a chance to receive Halo applied to them automatically — so having the right mutation beforehand is the key prerequisite.

Because traits are permanent once applied and stack multiplicatively on top of whatever mutation a brainrot already has, a Divine-mutated brainrot wearing Halo becomes a high-value trading target the moment that event closes. Keep it protected on your base — rivals who steal it walk away with the full package.
