About
Warm Clothing can be obtained from the Warm Clothing Shop, added in the Snow Biome Event in 2025. These items keep you warm in the Snow Biome as they make the freeze meter go down slower. You can craft them in the Warm Clothing Shop found near the start of the Snow Biome. In the shop is a glass case of all the 4 warm clothing, with the thermometer (🌡️) emoji beside them, the more thermometer icons, the more it slows the freeze meter from going down. If the freeze meter depletes completely, you can’t sprint and could potentially lead to dying, making Warm Clothing crucial for survival in the Snow Biome. There are four items. The materials needed to craft them are listed, and they can be obtained from killing Bunnies, Arctic Foxes, and Polar Bears. {| class="fandom-table" !Item !Materials !Image !Warmth |- |Earmuffs |2 Bunny Foots | |🌡️ |- |Beanie |1 Arctic Fox Pelt, and 1 Bunny Foot | |🌡️🌡️ |- |Arctic Fox Hat |3 Arctic Fox Pelts | |🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️ |- |Polar Bear Hat |2 Polar Bear Pelts | |🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️🌡️ |- |Mammoth Helmet |2 Mammoth Tusk, 2 Wolf Pelts (in Tool Workshop) | |Unknown(7+) |}
Warm Clothing — In-Depth Analysis
Warm Clothing is less a place to loot than a crafting service: the Warm Clothing Shop sits near the start of the Snow Biome, added in the 2025 Snow Biome Event. Its whole reason to exist is survival. In the snow, your freeze meter steadily drops, and if it empties you lose the ability to sprint and can eventually die. Warm gear slows that drain, making the shop a near-mandatory first stop before you push deeper into the cold.
Inside is a glass case displaying four craftable items, each rated by thermometer icons for how much they slow the freeze. Earmuffs (2 Bunny Foots) give one thermometer, while the Polar Bear Hat (2 Polar Bear Pelts) gives six — the Beanie and Arctic Fox Hat fill the middle tiers. A stronger Mammoth Helmet (2 Mammoth Tusks, 2 Wolf Pelts) is crafted in the Tool Workshop instead and rated 7+.
The catch is that every recipe demands pelts and parts from Snow Biome wildlife: Bunnies, Arctic Foxes, and Polar Bears. So the risk is circular — you must hunt dangerous cold-zone animals while your freeze meter is still ticking down to earn the very gear that protects you. Prioritize at least an early warmth item before committing to long expeditions.
