Short answer: Emperor, with a role-based asterisk
Our reading of the wiki is Emperor for most players: it's the only Miracle style the wiki calls godly-tier, and its kit covers dribbling, passing, shot catching and a finisher. Gold fits passers, Silver fits defenders, and Basketball Unc fits steal-minded scorers. All four roll at the same odds, so luck decides which one you get.
The four Miracle styles at a glance
The Styles page lists exactly four Miracle styles today: Emperor, Gold, Basketball Unc and Silver. The Miracle tier arrived with Emperor on 23 May 2025, and the wiki credits that update with introducing the rarity. The table puts the wiki's own labels next to each other.
| Style | Position label | Playstyle (wiki) | Zone | Awakening needs | Base cooldowns | Last wiki edit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Emperor | Point Guard | Offensive playmaker | Emperor Vision | Ball | 70s on every base move | 2026-10-11 |
| Gold | Point Guard | Playmaker (dribbling and passing) | Gold Vision | Ball | 60s to 75s | 2026-09-18 |
| Basketball Unc | None listed | Stealing and point scoring | Oldschool | Ball | 60s on every base move | 2026-07-14 |
| Silver | None listed | Defensive, built to disrupt plays | Monster (Limited) | No ball | 65s on every base move | 2026-08-31 |
Two things jump out. Emperor's cooldowns are the longest and the flattest: every base move is 70 seconds, so the style is built around chaining the follow-ups you unlock instead of cycling many separate abilities. Silver is the only one that awakens without the ball, which tells you it's built around defending and then converting.
Miracle odds and what they mean in spins
The Styles page gives the Miracle tier 0.25% on a normal spin and 2% on a Lucky Spin. The wiki says styles in a tier share the rarity chance evenly, and with four Miracles that's 1 in 4 each. One normal spin has a 1 in 400 shot at a Miracle on average. A Lucky Spin has 1 in 50.
| Normal spin | Lucky Spin | Spins for 1 on average (normal) | Spins for 1 on average (Lucky) | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Any Miracle style | 0.25% | 2% | 400 | 50 |
| One specific Miracle style (1 in 4) | 0.0625% | 0.5% | 1,600 | 200 |
Those averages hide a lot of variance, so here is the chance of seeing at least one, using 1 â (1 â p)^n:
| Spins | Any Miracle, normal | Specific Miracle, normal | Any Miracle, Lucky | Specific Miracle, Lucky |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 15 | 3.7% | 0.9% | 26.1% | 7.2% |
| 30 | 7.2% | 1.9% | 45.5% | 14.0% |
| 100 | 22.1% | 6.1% | 86.7% | 39.4% |
| 400 | 63.3% | 22.1% | 99.97% | 86.5% |
| 1,000 | 91.8% | 46.5% | >99.99% | 99.3% |
A worked example: the VIP Subscription pays 30 Lucky Spins a month. The chance that one month's allotment contains at least one Miracle is 1 â 0.98^30, about 45.5%, and the chance it contains the specific style you want is 1 â 0.995^30, about 14.0%. If you only want Emperor, expect to burn through roughly 200 Lucky Spins on average. The Lucky Spins guide lists every way to collect them.
The 2.02% oddity
Emperor's infobox and Information list show 2.02% on Lucky Spins, while its Overview says 2%. The same 2.02% shows up on the Switcher, Referee and Rubberman pages, three styles that are no longer Miracles. That pattern suggests a leftover tier-wide figure from when the Miracle tier was larger, not an Emperor-only bonus. It can't be a per-style figure either, because four styles sharing 2.02% would each sit near 0.5%. We use 2% and treat 2.02% as stale. Silver has its own stale numbers: its page text still quotes 0.5% and 1%, from when it was Mythic and Limited, while the Styles page puts it back at 0.25% and 2%.
Emperor, move by move
Emperor was reworked on 1 August 2026 and its page was last edited on 11 October 2026. The wiki's strengths line reads "one of the most all-round styles in the game" and lists no common weakness other than being very skill dependent. Ult. Pass and Ult. Layup below are the wiki's longer names shortened.
| Move | Key | Cooldown | Form | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Emperor's Dribble (1/3) | C | 70 Seconds | Base | Backward dribble that drops a nearby opponent to their knees; unlocks Emperor Drive. |
| Emperor Drive (2/3) | C | 70 Seconds | Base | Feint left then dribble right with a red aura; unlocks Emperor's Fade. |
| Emperor's Fade (3/3) | C | 70 Seconds | Base | Dribble forward then flash-step back into a fadeaway; Emperor Drive must end near the 3-point line; blockable. |
| Ult. Pass | V | 70 Seconds | Base | Dribble and then fire a forceful pass; the teammate who catches it receives about 20 (+30) zone meter. |
| Forced Shot | V -> C | 70 Seconds | Base | Follow-up: the pass receiver is forced into a quick, fully aim-assisted shot; very hard to block, and the Emperor is stunned if it is. |
| Ult. Layup | V | 70 Seconds | Base | Follow-up: the teammate passes back to the Emperor, who finishes a fast layup; the return pass is unblockable. |
| Emperor's Reach (off-ball) | V | 70 Seconds | Base | Red-outline stance that blocks and catches a shot or dunk attempt; you cannot steal, shoot or dribble while it is active; grants I-Frames. |
| Emperor's Nutmeg (off-ball follow-up) | V | 70 Seconds | Base | After catching a ball with Emperor's Reach, nutmeg an opponent and go past them a decent distance. |
| Emperor's Defense | C | One use | Awakened | Summon a transparent sphere that automatically blocks any pass or shot the opponent makes. |
| Emperor's Defense (inside the paint) | C | One use | Awakened | Stops an opponent in the paint from approaching the hoop and guarantees a steal. |
| Emperor. | B | One use | Awakened | Cutscene on the opponent's half: break past three defenders and score a guaranteed scoop shot; needs the ball and an opponent in front. |
The structure matters more than any single move. The C slot is a three-step chain (Dribble, Drive, Fade) where each step unlocks the next and all are listed at 70 seconds, and the V slot hosts both the pass chain and the off-ball Reach. The pass chain is Emperor's signature: the teammate who catches Ult. Pass gets about 20 (+30) zone meter, then you pick between forcing them into an aim-assisted shot or taking the return pass for a layup. The cost is the 70-second cooldown and the lockout while Reach is up, since you can't steal, shoot or dribble during it.
Its zone is Emperor Vision: a 25% chance that nearby opponents miss normal shots, a team-wide dribble speed boost, an extra dribble and immunity to ankle breaks. The wiki lists Quick, Flash and Ace as good partners. Zones need the Zone bar at 30% or more to activate and drain 2% per second, so a long Emperor Vision window is something you build with scoring, steals and blocks.
Gold, move by move
Gold arrived on 13 June 2025 and was reworked on 4 July 2026, when Gold Vision was buffed to 50% pass speed and 25% faster dribbles. The community note says it's meta for passing and dribbling through defenders. The page's own weakness line is honest about it: weak offensively on its own, so it relies on teammates.
| Move | Key | Cooldown | Form | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Street Dribble | C | 75 Seconds | Base | Two crossovers and a spin that ankle-breaks nearby opponents; on-ball only, similar to Lucky Bounce. |
| Elbow Pass | C | 75 Seconds | Base | After Street Dribble, a fast unblockable, uninterceptable pass to the nearest teammate; Force Pass then makes that teammate pass back. |
| Needle Pass | V | 60 Seconds | Base | Unblockable on-ball pass like Emperor's Ult. Pass; ankle-breaks one nearby opponent and gives the receiver a 5-second speed boost. |
| Pressure | V | 60 Seconds | Base | Off-ball move that makes the opponent lose possession; a successful knock-off unlocks Catch. Can be dribbled past. |
| Chain Handles | C | 30 Seconds | Awakened | Controllable long dribble combo during which the ball cannot be stolen normally, then splits into one of two moves. |
| Drive | C | 30 Seconds | Awakened | Dribble forward moving side to side, stunning nearby opponents; auto contact-dunk near the hoop. |
| Drive (dunk variant) | C | 30 Seconds | Awakened | After Drive in the 2-point zone you dunk the ball. |
| Fake Drive | V | 30 Seconds | Awakened | Snatchback dribble to the 3-point line that floors the defender, then a shot worth 3. |
| I'm Better. | B | One use | Awakened | Dribble past opponents and finish with a reverse dunk; needs an opponent in front, 3-point line. |
Gold has the oddest cooldown profile in the tier. The base moves are 75 and 60 seconds, but the awakened Chain Handles, Drive and Fake Drive run on 30-second cooldowns, so an awakened Gold can repeat its kit instead of firing a single shot. Gold Vision adds faster dribbles, an extra dribble and faster passes, and it's the one Miracle zone the Ranked page names among community 1v1 picks.
Basketball Unc, move by move
Basketball Unc came with the 11 October 2025 update and its page was last edited on 14 July 2026. The wiki calls it a decent overall style that mixes point scoring with defense. Its weakness is built into the awakening: Unc Block pulls a shot away but leaves the ball loose by your basket, so an opponent can grab it.
| Move | Key | Cooldown | Form | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cane Effect (off-ball) | C | 60 Seconds | Base | Slam the cane twice near the ball holder; 50% chance they drop the ball. |
| Cane Effect (on-ball) | C | 60 Seconds | Base | Slam the cane twice to knock a nearby enemy to the floor for a few seconds; you cannot shoot right after. |
| Unc Relay | V | 60 Seconds | Base | Quiet quick pass to a teammate who is forced to pass back with an unblockable return; becomes a layup if you have no teammates. |
| Wheelchair Dash | V | 60 Seconds | Base | Steerable dash in a wheelchair that slows over time and stops at the ball or ball holder. |
| Still Got It in Me | B | One use | Awakened | Cutscene dribble past an opponent in front and dunk off a car; needs the ball, near the 3-point line. |
| Unc Block | C | One use | Awakened | Pull a shot away with the cane near your hoop so it drops loose by the basket; the opponent may regain it. |
All four base moves are 60 seconds, the shortest in the tier. By cooldown alone, a 60-second move comes back about 17% more often than a 70-second one. Oldschool is the interesting part of the pairing: failed steals leave enemies ankle-broken for 2 seconds, you get longer shot range and 2 extra dribbles, and you move slower with the ball. That slowdown is the price of the buffs.
Silver, move by move
Silver has the most turbulent history. It debuted on 8 November 2025 (the Silver page calls it both a Miracle and a Limited style, and its original rarity is listed as Mythic), was made unobtainable from spins in the 28 March 2026 Great QOL update, and came back as a regular Miracle after a rework on 25 July 2026. Anyone who got it while it was Limited keeps it in their Limited Inventory. The wiki calls it a good style with solid offense and defense, and the best style to goaltend with.
| Move | Key | Cooldown | Form | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Skyhand (off-ball) | C | 65 Seconds | Base | Large jump that blocks any shot and sends the ball flying to the other side, where it cannot be grabbed until the far 3-point line. |
| Juggernaut (off-ball follow-up) | C | 65 Seconds | Base | Sprint where you look, ending in a short hop forward. |
| Silver Push (on-ball) | C | 65 Seconds | Base | Pins the enemy in front of you and unlocks Push Fade and Dribble Push. |
| Push Fade | C | 65 Seconds | Base | Push the defender forward and fade away; must be near the 3-point line. |
| Dribble Push | C | 65 Seconds | Base | Second Silver Push follow-up; the wiki gives it the same text as Push Fade. |
| Dirty Shove (off-ball) | V | 65 Seconds | Base | Near-instant shove that stuns a nearby enemy and makes them drop the ball; can be dribbled past without an ankle break. |
| Titan Smash (on-ball) | V | 65 Seconds | Base | Quick, almost unblockable dunk that stuns a nearby enemy; only usable from the free-throw line. |
| Earthshake | C | One use | Awakened | Off-ball charged jump in your moving direction that grabs the ball if you block a shot. |
| Monster Ascend | C | One use | Awakened | On-ball very high jump and unblockable 3 from half court. |
| Silver Posterizer | B | One use | Awakened | On-ball cutscene dunk over a defender who tries to stop it. |
The catch is the zone. Silver's personalized zone, Monster, was made unobtainable in that same March update, so it's Black Market only, at about $1,000,000 per zone with a stock of 1. The community Builds page, which is opinion, suggests Dinosaur, Animalistic and Oldschool for Silver instead. Of those, Animalistic (Mythic) and Oldschool (Miracle) are in the current zone pool and Dinosaur is Limited. Silver also awakens without the ball and has no real playmaking moves, which is why it's a defender first.

| Gold Vision | Gold | 50% pass speed and 25% dribble speed after the Gold rework, extra dribble | Yes, Miracle zone (0.25% / 2%) |

| Monster | Silver | Increased dunk range and block range | No. Limited since the 28 March 2026 update; Black Market only |
Which one would we pick?
This is our reading of the move kits, the meta notes and the community pages, not an official ranking. The wiki's own tier list is marked outdated and is being remade, so there is no authority to lean on here.
| Role | Our pick | Why (our reading of the data) |
|---|---|---|
| Ball handler who runs the offense | Emperor | Dribble chain, a pass chain that hands the receiver zone meter, an off-ball shot catch and a zone that speeds up the whole team. The wiki calls it godly-tier. |
| Passer feeding a premade squad | Gold | Needle Pass and Elbow Pass are unblockable, Needle Pass gives the receiver a 5-second speed boost, and the Gold rework raised pass speed to 50%. |
| Defender and rim protector | Silver | Skyhand blocks any shot, Titan Smash is an almost unblockable dunk from the free-throw line, and the page calls it the best style to goaltend with. Needs another zone because Monster is gone. |
| Steal-minded scorer | Basketball Unc | Cane Effect strips or floors an opponent, Unc Relay is an unblockable return pass, and Oldschool punishes failed steals. The wiki rates it decent at both ends. |
| Ranked 1v1 (abilities off) | Gold Vision zone, any style | Ranked 1v1 disables abilities and keeps only the zone. The Ranked page lists Gold Vision among the community 1v1 zone picks. |
If you want one answer, Emperor wins on breadth. The cost is its 70-second cooldowns and a lockout window on Reach, and you'll feel both in a close game. If your friends already run offense and you'd rather feed them, Gold is the more specialized and arguably the more efficient pick. If you keep losing the ball inside the arc, Silver's Skyhand and Titan Smash fix that, but you'll need another zone.
Counters, from the community page
The Style Counters page is community-written and says it's opinion. Its Miracle entries: Emperor is countered by any defensive style, with Ult. Pass as the exception: the page says anything that can stop Lock can stop it. Gold by Fetch or Judgement. Basketball Unc by King, Eclipse and Psychic. Silver by styles with a fast, hard-to-block dunk, or Psychic, and its dunk can be stopped by Eclipse, Rubberman or Emperor. None of those counters is a guarantee, but they do show where each Miracle is thought to be soft.
Former Miracles that are now Limited
The tier used to be bigger. Switcher (25 July 2025), Rubberman (16 August 2025), Referee (3 October 2025) and Dealer (16 January 2026) all launched as Miracle-tier spin styles and were later reclassified as Limited. The wiki dates only Rubberman's move: it was turned Limited in the Great Rebalance because it didn't fit the other Miracles. They're no longer in spins. Dealer, Referee and Rubberman are described as possible returns through the Sneaky Black Market, while Switcher has no return note. Players who still use them rolled them before the change or got them another way. For every style's rarity at a glance, see the full styles list.
FAQ
What is the best Miracle style in Basketball Zero?
In our reading of the wiki, Emperor is the best all-round Miracle style, since it covers dribbling, passing, shot catching and a finisher. Gold suits passers, Silver suits defenders, and Basketball Unc suits steal-minded scorers.
How many Miracle styles are there?
Four: Emperor, Gold, Basketball Unc and Silver. Switcher, Rubberman, Referee and Dealer were Miracle styles earlier and are now classed as Limited.
What are the odds of rolling a Miracle style?
The Styles page lists 0.25% on a normal spin and 2% on a Lucky Spin. With four Miracles sharing the tier evenly, each one is about 0.0625% normal and 0.5% Lucky.
Why do some pages say 2.02% for Emperor?
The 2.02% Lucky figure appears on Emperor and several former Miracle pages. It looks like a stale tier-wide number, so this guide uses the 2% shown on the Styles and Zone pages.
Is Silver still a Miracle style?
Yes. It left spins in the 28 March 2026 update, then returned as a regular Miracle after its 25 July 2026 rework. Its zone, Monster, is still unobtainable from spins.
