It debuted with the LUKA DONČIĆ Update (24 December 2025 on its page, 25 December in the Update Log) and rolled at 0.25% per normal spin and 1% per Lucky Spin until the banner ended.
While you dribble facing an enemy, that enemy is stunned and nudged slightly in the direction you are dribbling for half a second. You also dribble faster and gain a longer shooting range. The wiki recommends offensive styles, since the stun and speed together can open real distance.
