About Control
Control turns the opponent's fakes into a liability. With it active, a pumpfake becomes highlighted and stealable instantly, where normally you would have to wait a few seconds to take the ball. Some unblockable passes also become blockable (pumpfake passing, mid-shot, is blockable in public lobbies), your dribble speed rises after you steal, and your block range grows.
It debuted with the Genius Update on 7 February 2026, rolled at 0.25% per normal spin and 1% per Lucky Spin, and is out of the spin pool.
The wiki calls it a more defensive zone and recommends pairing it with Lock and other defensive styles. Genius, the style it was made for, is a defensive center with Target Pass, Lockdown Target, a Screen that stuns anyone who touches it, and Disable, which turns the court into a neon green grid for 15 seconds and shuts down the other team's abilities. The wiki adds a note that the zone is actually better on Chrollo V2, where steal speed stacks with the Snatchback bonus.
