About Paint
Paint is the zone of the Tatlis V1 style, part of the Current. V1 Limited banner that carries two zones. Per its page, a normal spin first hits the banner at 0.25%, and the zone you receive is then a one-in-two draw between the pair, with Lucky Spins putting the banner at 1%.
