Admin Relic guide
The Admin Relic has no zone to travel to: its location is listed as Regionless, so it is not tied to any particular spot, and the data names no bait, hour, weather or season. It is in the Special rarity class and can be obtained.
What it is worth is clear. An average relic weighs 21 kg and sells for C$3,500 at about C$166.67 per kg, which puts it 210th of 742 by average value. Weight reaches 64.1 kg at most, ranking 303rd of 663. Base XP is 1,200.
The only other Special fish listed in the same zone is the Moon. That makes the Admin Relic a Special catch that you cannot plan around by location.
The wiki describes it as the ultimate relic, capable of shaping itself to match the wishes of its owner.
Verdict: you cannot hunt it on purpose, so treat it as a surprise. When one turns up, the C$3,500 average is a solid sale, and it is high enough that you should decide whether the relic matters to you before you sell.
