Mushgrove Swamp is the place for modest hauls: its caption mentions strange large mushrooms, there is a crab cage but no bait crate, and the residents are Agaric, a Guard, a Shipwright and a Travelling Merchant.

The wiki documents 9 fish here, split across 3 Common, and one each of Legendary, Uncommon, Rare, Trash, Limited and Secret. The top end of that list is far lower than on the big islands, which sets the expectation: this is a swamp for steady, small profits.

Leading the values is Resin, a Secret averaging C$790. After it come Alligator (Legendary, C$575), White Perch (Common, C$320), Catfish (Rare, C$184) and Nessie's Spine (Limited, C$175). It is worth noticing that a Common White Perch outsells the Rare Catfish on average, so rarity is not a reliable guide to value in this zone.

For rods, you can buy the Frog Rod (12,000E$) or earn the Fungal Rod by completing Agaric's quest.
