It hatches exclusively from the Winter Egg and the Premium Winter Egg, both of which sit at the very top of the rarity ladder. Because the row carries no published hatch percentage, treat the Wendigo as a genuine long-shot pull rather than a reliable target — Divine slots in event eggs are routinely fractions of a percent, and the premium variant is the realistic route if you actually want one before the event ends.
