Christmas Crackers

Christmas Crackers is a cooperative holiday weather event, and its mechanic is unlike any rain or storm in the game. Instead of buffing crops in the ground, physical Christmas Crackers spawn across the map, and each one requires two players to grab opposite ends and pull simultaneously. When both pull, the cracker snaps and reveals a random gift.

That two-handed design is the whole strategy. A solo player simply cannot open a cracker, so the event rewards anyone playing in a populated server or coordinating with a friend. The smarter your partner pool, the more crackers you can clear before they despawn.

Because rewards are randomized gifts rather than a mutation buff, this is not a crop-multiplier window; you are fishing for items, which can range from cosmetics to useful seeds and gear. To capitalize, stage yourself near clusters of crackers in a high-population server and rotate pull-partners quickly so no cracker goes unopened. Treat it as a social loot rush: speed and a willing teammate matter far more than garden value, and an active server during the holiday window can yield a stack of gifts no single farmer could collect alone.
