Dullahan
In-game description
“Since ancient times, Dullahan has been a terror to mankind, standing on the thin line between Life and Death. With a jet-black Spirit Horse, his body is covered with a Cold Green Halo, with green flames rising from where his head used to be. This spirit spear in his hand gives off a gloomy echo, like a warning of an inescapable fate.”— Sol's RNG (as quoted on the wiki)

About Dullahan
Cyan flame and a headless rider make Dullahan the Halloween 2024 headliner of this batch. It debuted in Eon 1-1 as an Event aura at 1 in 72,000,000 in the Graveyard biome, and the Sol's RNG Wiki notes it became unobtainable as of February 8th, 2025 when the event closed. WritePet and BlueGuyDev11231 are credited.
The wiki compares the look to the Headless Horseman. The player wields a lightsaber-like weapon with a black handle and glowing cyan blade, wears armor wrapped in cyan fire and rides a black horse built like a ribcage. Three tombstones surround them (one broken, one repaired, one with a cross), green flames climb above the graves and soul-like particles drift around, comparable to Soul Hunter. A stable emblem in green and black sits on the floor.
The in-game text calls Dullahan a terror of mankind standing between life and death, with a spirit spear that echoes like a warning of fate. Since the event is over, only previous owners have it, and no return is listed.
