About Lunar : Full Moon

Lunar : Full Moon is the permanent, rollable mutation of Lunar. It is a Mythic aura added in Era 2, and the Sol's RNG Wiki gives 1 in 5,000,000 as the base chance and 1 in 500,000 in Nighttime, the biome it calls native. That means about 500,000 rolls at 1x luck on a night, or roughly 50,000 with 10x. rocca1080 created it, and the wiki says it was reworked in the Era 8 update.

The picture is a golden full moon wrapped in a big constellation above the player's head, covered in mist and sparkles. The player floats while looking up at it, a spinning ring similar to the one in Gilded circles them, and shooting stars fall close by over a portal-like glow on the floor. Its cutscene features a four-pointed purple star expanding, and the native version adds a white screen-cracking sequence.

The wiki lists a crafting entry that uses it, Pump Punch (2). Alongside Magnetic : Reverse Polarity, it is one of the Mythic mutations of an older Unique or Epic aura.
