Starscourge : Radiant

Trade the red stars for crystals and Starscourge becomes Radiant, a Glorious tier mutation from Era 7. The wiki gives it 1 in 100,000,000 as a breakthrough and 1 in 20,000,000 if you are in Starfall or Glitched, so around 20 million rolls at 1x luck in those conditions or 2 million at 10x. That 100 million figure is the same as Spectraflow's, and the wiki notes that tie. It is listed as obtainable, created by idkaple.

The model uses six unique crystals in three clusters: one on the left, two on the right and three above, with darker pastel blue beams linking each group. The gems and the player all carry prismatic glare effects, particles surround each cluster, and the floor holds a large zone of particles with smoke moving inward. The idle animation is similar to Galaxy or Chromatic : Genesis, but inverted with the hand positions. Its ability, Starfall Crystal on F, calls three crystals for 17 damage each, two more than the parent's stars. The in-game description is shared with Starscourge.
