Jump for Eggs is a limited-time mode (LTM) that arrived in Steal a Brainrot with Update 68. According to the Steal a Brainrot wiki it started on September 26, 2026 at 7:00 pm UTC, and its end date is still listed as "to be announced". Instead of stealing brainrots from other bases, you bounce on trampolines, level up, jump between floating islands and collect eggs that hatch into brainrots. This guide explains how the mode works, lists the egg brainrots of all seven islands, and covers the odd things the wiki notes about it.

How Jump for Eggs works
The wiki describes the goal in a few lines. Players jump between different islands to collect eggs. To unlock and travel to new islands, you need to earn enough XP by training on the trampolines near your base. To reach the clouds, you can use the large trampoline at the center of the map or simply jump.

In plain steps, this is what that means:
- 1Start at your base and use the trampolines nearby to earn XP and raise your level.
- 2Higher levels let you travel to more islands.
- 3On each island there are five eggs, ordered from Tier 1 to Tier 5. Higher tiers give better brainrots.
- 4Brainrots you collect are placed in your base, and the wiki says they appear bigger or smaller depending on their rarity.
- 5You earn money per second without doing anything in the mode.
Some islands have a level gate. The wiki lists Arctic as level 10 or higher, Cave as level 13 or higher and Aquatic as level 15 or higher. It does not list a level for the Grass, Desert, Lava or Heavenly islands.
All eggs and brainrots by island
The table below follows the wiki's "current brainrots" list. T1 to T5 are the tiers the wiki gives each egg. The wiki does not list the drop chance of each egg, so we cannot give odds.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Grass / Starter | Cavallo Virtuoso (T1) | Tartaruga Cisterna (T1) | Eggdin Egg Egg Dun (T1) | Graipuss Medussi (T2) | Zebrino Pianino (T3) |

!Graipuss Medussi
!Draculino
!Dragon Cannelloni
!Cerberus
The wiki notes that brainrots can also spawn on a different island than the one you would expect, with different percentages. It says the most common Secret to spawn is Graipuss Medussi, which can spawn on the Grass starter island or come from the admin. You can read more about Graipuss Medussi, Draculino, Dragon Cannelloni, Cerberus and Yetimatic on their pages.
The 11 new brainrots from Update 68
Update 68 listed 11 new brainrots. They are the ones that did not exist before this mode: Ranito Pepito, Ski Ski Skunki, Capibaro Celestino, Pin Pin Pengu, Rexino Ramino, Rockarino Rockara, Qamar Camelamp, Marino Submarino, Lavamanta, Lionello Casarello, Draculino.
!Lavamanta
!Lionello Casarello
!Rexino Ramino
You can see Lavamanta, Lionello Casarello and Rexino Ramino on our brainrot pages. Notice how the new ones are spread across the islands: Rexino Ramino and Qamar Camelamp in the Desert, Ski Ski Skunki and Rockarino Rockara in the Arctic, Pin Pin Pengu and Draculino in the Cave, Marino Submarino in the Aquatic island, Ranito Pepito and Lavamanta in the Lava island, and Capibaro Celestino and Lionello Casarello in the Heavenly island.
Old brainrots that came back
The wiki also notes that many brainrots people thought were rare were bought back in this update, which removed their remaining value. It names Extinct Ballerina, Eggdin Egg Egg Dun, Craburger, Chill Puppy, Frio Ninja, Cupid Cupid Sahur, Yetimatic and Swag Soda. The wiki says this caused a lot of backlash in the community, because players felt the economy was not being protected. That is the community's opinion as recorded on the wiki, and we are not taking a side.

Our pages for Extinct Ballerina, Eggdin Egg Egg Dun, Craburger, Chill Puppy and Swag Soda show their normal details.
Bugs and tricks the wiki records
- Bouncing while away from the keyboard (AFK) does not work, because of a bug that makes you fall off the trampolines every now and then. The wiki says the developer may fix this.
- Using the Giant Potion with a Coil lets you jump slightly higher than normal.
- In your base during the mode, brainrots are bigger or smaller depending on their rarity.
- You earn money per second without doing anything.
These notes can go out of date quickly, because the mode gets patched. We have not tried the tricks ourselves.
Where Jump for Eggs fits in the recent updates
Steal a Brainrot gets a weekly update, and the wiki's update log makes the recent order easy to see. Jump for Eggs sits between the Craft Machine weeks and the Halloween content.
| Date | Update | Main feature |
|---|---|---|
| September 5 | Update 65 | Money Puggy ritual |
| September 12 | Update 66 | The Craft Machine is back |
| September 19 | Update 67 | New Craft Machine brainrots |
| September 26 | Update 68 | Jump for Eggs LTM |
| October 3 | Update 69 | Haunted Fuse and the Eclipse mutation |
| October 10 | Update 70 | New skeleton base and the Skull Lucky Block |
That weekly rhythm is why modes like this one come and go quickly. If a mode interests you, try it early rather than waiting for the end date to be announced.
Tips for playing
These are common-sense ideas based on how the wiki describes the mode, not on testing.
- 1Spend your first minutes on the trampolines near your base. The wiki says XP from them is what opens the next islands.
- 2Check the level gates before you travel. Arctic needs level 10, Cave 13 and Aquatic 15.
- 3Aim for the higher-tier eggs once you can reach them. The wiki lists tiers from T1 to T5 on every island, and the T5 eggs are the ones such as Yetimatic, Draculino, Capitano Moby, Cerberus and Dragon Cannelloni.
- 4Be careful with the Coil and Giant Potion combo near edges. Jumping higher means falling farther.
- 5Remember that events change. The wiki shows the Haunted Fuse as the event after this one, so the mode may leave when the next content arrives.
