The Summer Index is a limited-time collection challenge added to Steal a Brainrot on 13 June 2026. It tracks 20 exclusive summer-themed brainrots, and collecting 18 of them unlocks the coveted Summer Base skin for your base.
What Is the Summer Index?
The Summer Index is a special in-game tracker that records how many of the 20 summer brainrots you currently own. Progress is visible directly in the index UI, so you always know exactly how far you are from the 18-brainrot milestone that awards the Summer Base. The index is described as limited-time, meaning the window to complete it will eventually close โ exactly when has not been officially confirmed, so it is worth prioritizing now rather than waiting.
How to Get Summer Brainrots
Three new features were added alongside the Summer Index to give you ways to obtain these brainrots:
- Summer Fuse Machine โ The main source. It sits in the middle of the map, next to the Shop. Load 4 of your own brainrots into it, press E to open the fuse menu and preview the potential result, then press Fuse. The machine averages the rarity of your four inputs to decide the output tier, with a small chance to step up one rarity tier above average. Processing time scales with rarity: roughly 15 minutes for Epic and below, 30 minutes for Brainrot God tier, and up to 90 minutes for a Secret-tier result.
- Octo Lucky Block โ Added during the same summer update. Exact drop pools and odds for summer brainrots from this item have not yet been fully detailed by the community.
- RNG Machine โ Also part of the summer update. Specific summer brainrot yields are still being confirmed by the community.
One important mechanic to keep in mind: fused brainrots are not automatically delivered to your base. You receive the brainrot at the machine and must carry it back yourself, leaving it exposed to theft during transit. This applies to every rarity.
Confirmed Summer Brainrots by Rarity
Community guides have named roughly 16 to 19 of the 20 Summer Index entries so far. One or two slots remain unconfirmed at the time of writing. Here is what sources agree on:
Common: Pipi Corni
Rare: Pipi Avocado
Epic: Ti Ti Ti Sahur, Penguino Cocosino
Legendary: Cocosini Mama, Pi Pi Watermelon
Brainrot God: Sundrilla Sundae, Lemonita Splashita, Flippo Marino
Secret / OG: Bombardiro Vaccariro, Ombrello Topolino, Capitano Gullini, Coco and Mango, Dragon Aquanini
Dragon Aquanini is the headline reward โ the hardest brainrot to pull from the Summer Fuse Machine with roughly an 8% pull rate (as reported by community guides), and one of the highest-earning brainrots in the game at around $375M per second.
Completion Strategy
You do not need all 20 to claim the Summer Base โ 18 is the threshold. That means you can skip the two hardest or most time-consuming entries and still complete the reward. With that in mind, here is an efficient approach:
Focus your early fuses on lower-rarity inputs to efficiently accumulate the Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythic tiers, since these have shorter processing times and let you check off the bulk of the index quickly. Once you have the lower tiers secured, shift to higher-rarity inputs aimed at the Brainrot God and Secret slots.
Always escort high-rarity fused brainrots back to your base immediately after the machine finishes. Do not leave them unattended. A stolen Brainrot God or Secret-tier brainrot is a significant setback when you are racing to reach 18.
If you have extra brainrots to spare, running multiple fuses in parallel โ starting a fuse, doing other tasks, then returning to collect โ keeps your throughput high without idle time. The 90-minute timer for Secret-tier results means overnight or between-session fusing is a practical strategy for the top-tier slots.
Keep an eye on Octo Lucky Blocks and the RNG Machine as additional sources while full odds and drop data are confirmed by the community. For active codes that may help you progress faster, check the Steal a Brainrot codes page.
