About Shield Breaker
Shield Breaker is a permanent Secret ability from Update 14, released on 2025-04-12. It enhances your next spike so the ball breaks through the next opponent who touches it in the air, whether that is a spike, a jump-set or a block. The wiki says Steel Block is the only ability that counters it. On 2026-06-27 its charge time was increased by 25%, a nerf.
Its natural user is a spiker who keeps running into strong blocks, since the effect is about going through defenders rather than around them.
