The Sanguine Cloak is obtained by defeating Dracula during the Halloween Event -- specifically the event's raid boss variant. Dracula is a challenging encounter that requires a competent group or a well-geared solo player, and the drop rate for the cloak is estimated at roughly 1-3 %. Because it's event-locked, supply is permanently limited, making it one of the highest-value trade items outside permanent fruits and rare swords.

Any awakened fruit benefits from the Sanguine Cloak's 12.5 % bonus, but the biggest winners are fruits with multiple high-damage moves: Awakened Dough, Awakened Dragon, and Awakened Leopard all scale dramatically.
