The Sanguine Cloak is one of the most coveted accessories in Blox Fruits, granting +12.5 % Blox Fruit damage -- the highest Fruit damage multiplier on a single accessory in the game. That 2.5 % edge over standard 10 % Fruit damage accessories compounds significantly at high Fruit stats, translating to noticeably harder-hitting moves across every awakened fruit in the Third Sea. This is endgame BiS-tier for any dedicated Fruit build.

The Sanguine Cloak is obtained by defeating Dracula during the Halloween Event -- specifically the event's raid boss variant. Dracula is a challenging encounter that requires a competent group or a well-geared solo player, and the drop rate for the cloak is estimated at roughly 1-3 %. Because it's event-locked, supply is permanently limited, making it one of the highest-value trade items outside permanent fruits and rare swords.

Any awakened fruit benefits from the Sanguine Cloak's 12.5 % bonus, but the biggest winners are fruits with multiple high-damage moves: Awakened Dough, Awakened Dragon, and Awakened Leopard all scale dramatically. Pair it with Pale Scarf for Energy management and Ghoul Mask for lifesteal, and you have one of the most self-sufficient Fruit build setups in the game. In PvP, the extra damage can delete players before they break your combo.
