Description
Sanguine Cloak is one of the equippable accessories in Blox Fruits. Accessories add fixed stat bonuses (damage, defense, mastery gain, fragment generation, fruit cooldown reduction, etc.) and stack with the rest of your gear. They're a quiet but compounding part of any high-tier build, especially in PvP where the 5-15% stat edge from optimal accessory choice frequently decides 1v1s. Sanguine Cloak occupies an accessory slot, which means it competes for build space against other items in the same category — every player can only have one item equipped per slot, so picking Sanguine Cloak is a direct trade-off against alternatives in the same category. Sanguine Cloak contributes its bonus passively as long as it's equipped — there's no cooldown or activation. The value of any accessory ultimately comes down to whether its bonus is multiplicative on a stat your build already cares about. PvP-focused players prioritize damage% accessories; raid/grinding players favor mastery-gain or fragment-generation pieces. Sanguine Cloak costs varies by source when sourced through the standard channel. Sanguine Cloak is obtained via Red GachaParty Gacha. Equip Sanguine Cloak when its stat bonus matches the bottleneck of your current build. New players often over-stack damage when defense or mastery would unlock more progression — pay attention to the exact stat your build needs to graduate to the next tier of content, then pick the accessory that pushes that stat fastest.
Trivia
3- 1
As with the Oni Helmet, in the first hours after release it only granted +15% Oni Tokens from the Oni Fisherman, later increased to 30%.
- 2
Initially, the Sanguine Cloak reduced both Melee and Sword damage taken by 5%, but the Sword defense was later removed.
- 3
Summer Tokens are currently unobtainable, effectively rendering the 30% increase in token drops useless.

Sanguine Cloak — In-Depth Analysis
The Sanguine Cloak is one of the most coveted accessories in Blox Fruits, granting +12.5 % Blox Fruit damage -- the highest Fruit damage multiplier on a single accessory in the game. That 2.5 % edge over standard 10 % Fruit damage accessories compounds significantly at high Fruit stats, translating to noticeably harder-hitting moves across every awakened fruit in the Third Sea. This is endgame BiS-tier for any dedicated Fruit build.
The Sanguine Cloak is obtained by defeating Dracula during the Halloween Event -- specifically the event's raid boss variant. Dracula is a challenging encounter that requires a competent group or a well-geared solo player, and the drop rate for the cloak is estimated at roughly 1-3 %. Because it's event-locked, supply is permanently limited, making it one of the highest-value trade items outside permanent fruits and rare swords.
Any awakened fruit benefits from the Sanguine Cloak's 12.5 % bonus, but the biggest winners are fruits with multiple high-damage moves: Awakened Dough, Awakened Dragon, and Awakened Leopard all scale dramatically. Pair it with Pale Scarf for Energy management and Ghoul Mask for lifesteal, and you have one of the most self-sufficient Fruit build setups in the game. In PvP, the extra damage can delete players before they break your combo.
