The Summer Kiwi is a limited Mythical pet rather than a weather mutation, introduced during the third part of the Christmas Harvest Event. That origin tells you almost everything about its value: it was an event-shop acquisition, not a wild drop, and once the event closed the supply was effectively frozen.

Crucially, it was a direct purchase from Santa's Stash Shop, not a random hatch, which removes the gambling layer most pets carry. Anyone with the event currency could simply buy it, so its long-term worth leans on the limited Mythical tier and the fact that it can no longer be acquired the normal way, rather than on rare RNG. That makes it more of a steady collector's hold than a hype-driven flip.

For value, judge it by its passive contribution to your farm rather than a sell multiplier, since pets work by boosting mutation odds or production while equipped. The smart approach is to keep it active alongside high-base crops and let its passive compound across many harvests. If you bought one during the Christmas Harvest window, holding it is usually the sounder call than offloading a now-unobtainable Mythical cheaply.
