The Wasp is a limited rare pet rather than a mutation you trigger on a crop, so its value sits in what it brings to the bee-and-pollination side of your garden rather than a raw sell multiplier. As a limited pet, its window of availability is fixed, which is what gives it collector weight once the source eggs rotate out.

Getting one is reasonably forgiving by event-pet standards. The Wasp hatches from the Anti Bee Egg and the Premium Anti Bee Egg with a generous 55% chance, so unlike the sub-3% legendary pulls elsewhere in the game, a couple of eggs will usually land you one. That high rate means you should not overpay in trades for a Wasp while those eggs are still in rotation — the math favors hatching your own.

Is it worth chasing? For completionists and pollination-focused players, yes, especially while the Anti Bee Eggs are available and the 55% odds are working for you. As a pure money pet it is less essential than the high-multiplier mutation applicators, but securing it before it goes fully limited protects you from inflated trade prices later. Hatch a few eggs early.
