Chances are copied as printed in the box's table on the MM2 Wiki. When the table repeats one figure next to every item of a rarity (for example 70% beside each Common), those figures add up to more than 100%, so they describe the rarity as a whole, not each item.

Mystery Box 2 guide
Mystery Box 2 arrived with the March 2020 Update and is the newest of the regular Mystery Boxes still on sale. It costs 1,000 Coins, 100 Diamonds or 1 Mystery Key, and it is one of only two boxes that hold Season 1 weapons; the other is Mystery Box 1. Every other regular weapon box holds Classic weapons.
What is inside
The box drops fourteen weapons, and both guns and knives are in the pool. Clown, Shaded, Lovely and Leaf sit at 70%. Biogun, Graffiti and High Tech share the 15% uncommon tier, Nightfire and Deep Sea the 10% rare tier, and Splash is the 5% legendary. The godly tier is unusual: Lightbringer and Darkbringer at 0.2% each, plus Chroma Lightbringer and Chroma Darkbringer at 0.004% each. According to the wiki it is the only crate with four obtainable godlies.
Some names will look familiar. Splash and Clown exist as knives in other boxes, but here they are guns.
Odds and restrictions
The wiki records a change in chances that affected every box: commons went from 60% to 70% and uncommons from 25% to 15%. Weapons from this box cannot be salvaged or crafted.
