Skully guide
Skully is the green skull of the Halloween Event 2021. It was the 21st tier of that event's Main Event, which the event page confirms, and it is a legendary reward that can now only be traded for.
What it looks like
A large, glowing green skull with dark eye sockets and a dark nose cavity, plus four big teeth in the same green as the rest. Nothing else is described: no hat, no accessories, no animation notes.
Who made it
IDontHaveAUse designed it. The same designer is credited for the other 2021 Halloween pets, such as the Red Pumpkin and Green Pumpkin of that year, though those two carry the Reaver mask and Skully's description mentions none.
Name check
The wiki page is titled Skully (Pet), so that is the exact title to look for.
Skully has no listed unbox chance, price or ability. It is a tier reward, nothing more, and the confirmed facts are the tier (21), the event and the designer.
