Chroma Cookiecane guide
For more than two weeks a bug showed Chroma Cookiecane in inventories as "Chroma Gingermint", an item with no image that does not exist. The wiki calls it clearly unintended, and the fix landed on January 7, 2023. That is the oddest line in this knife's history, though not the only one.
Origin
It was unboxed from the 2022 Christmas Box during Christmas Event 2022, at 700 Snow Tokens or 1 Snow Key per box. The box page marks the exact chance as unknown, so it is only known to be below 1%. IDontHaveAUse is credited as the designer. The wiki places it as the sixth holiday chroma and the third Christmas one. It is now available only by trading.
Design
The knife is a cutlass in the marauder style, dressed for Christmas. Its blade is a brown cookie with color-alternating sprinkles and white frosting along the edge. The spine is a color-alternating candy cane, and the handle is another wavy candy cane ending in a color-alternating peppermint pommel.
Duping
The wiki states it was secretly duplicated and over-circulated, which cut its value. Like every chroma weapon, it cannot be salvaged in the crafting station.
